Description : Russell Spanner was a self-taught designer, who began experimenting in the 40s and officially launched his own brand (Spanner Products Limited) only a decade later. A testament to his work, he would go on to be the recipient of the National Design Council of Canada award in 1954. The wood structure of the chair is in its original condition, and the straps have been professionally redone.
